Thenational SynServ databaseTarget not accessible is run by PostBus Ltd for the public branch of public transport (Alliance SwissPassTarget not accessible).

Each person can make a written request about which data pertaining to them are stored in the SynServ database by providing their name, address and date of birth. The applicant must attach a copy of their passport or identity card. The written request for information pertaining to all data that is processed in the SynServ database can be sent directly to the following address:
