Bissone lido
The Bissone lido is near the lake and just a few minutes’ walk from the “Bissone, autostrada” stop. The expansive lawn, large restaurant area, access to the lake and swimming pools all make this a very appealing and exclusive spot to enjoy a summer’s day.

Maroggia lido
The Maroggia lido, which is easily reached from the “Maroggia-Melano, Stazione” stop, is situated right on Lake Lugano and has beaches and diving boards for fun and relaxation. Visitors can also enjoy stand-up paddleboarding.

Melano lido
The Melano lido (“Melano, Posta” stop) is also on the shores of the lake, and is ideal for young people and children thanks to its wonderful large sandy beach and beach volleyball court.

Riva San Vitale lido
The Riva San Vitale lido (“Riva San Vitale, Piazza” stop) is found at the end of Lake Lugano and is rated as one of the top 10 public lidos in Switzerland by the Zurich weekly SonntagsZeitung. Set against a magnificent backdrop at the foot of Monte Generoso, this wonderful green spot has a playground, diving board and beach.

Chiasso municipal swimming pool
The municipal swimming pool (“Vacallo, Sovernigo” stop) covers an area of around 7,000 square metres and can accommodate up to 2,500 people. The complex offers four pools (including an Olympic-size pool with a space for diving), changing rooms, a bar, a gallery for 500 people and an area reserved for recreational activities (football, beach volleyball and children’s games).
