Time
Always allow enough time – whether it’s for walking, changing transfers or getting to the right departure point. If possible, travel outside peak times.

Luggage / buggies
Take only so much luggage with you so that you have one hand free. Have your holiday luggage collected from home or drop it off at one of the 250 acceptance points. More information can be found at Luggage and flight luggage.
Useful to know: buggies have priority inside Postbuses.

Refreshments
Your snack box and your drinks bottle are the most important items to have with you when travelling. Travelling on an empty stomach isn’t much fun.
