Vehicle fleet
The yellow Postbuses that run along narrow mountain roads and in densely populated conurbations are a hallmark of Switzerland. PostBus uses vehicles to suit the topography and passenger frequencies. This protects the environment and makes economic sense.
PostBus has a fleet of around 2,400 vehicles of various sizes.
Here you will find the most common models as well as our more unusual ones. The most frequently used type of vehicle by far is the Maxi, which can carry up to 80 passengers, accounting for almost 50 percent of all vehicles.
You can find information on our alternative drives on our sustainability page.
